- travel document – mainly your passport
- 1 passport size photo of you
- fingerprints (must be done in person at least once in 59 months)
- supporting documents proving
- purpose of your stay in the Czech Republic
- place of your accommodation during your stay in the Czech Republic
- enough funds to support yourself during your stay
- intention to leave Czech Republic before your short-term visa expires (mainly return flight ticket)
- travel health insurance

Czech Republic visa requirements – Long-term residence, permanent residence and Czech citizenship
Long-term residence, permanent residence and Czech citizenships are technically not visas. They are ID cards similar to the ones Czech citizens use. Those permit requirements are based on the type (purpose) of the long-term visa you had before and they vary a lot from case to case.
